RezScore Spotlight: we introduce job seekers to recruiters on LinkedIn

Spotlight is free and always optional. Nobody is featured without approving the exact words first.

A strong resume still has to reach someone. Most job seekers send theirs into application portals and wait. For people who have put in the work, we are now doing something more direct: introducing them to recruiters and hiring managers on the RezScore LinkedIn page.

We call it RezScore Spotlight.

What a Spotlight looks like

A Spotlight is a short post from the RezScore page about one person. It tags them, says what role they want and where, and says what they do well, in their own words. It can include one line from their resume that they chose to share. A recruiter who reads it can click straight through to their profile.

That is all it is. No ranking, no contest, no “top candidates” list. One person, introduced plainly.

Who qualifies

You are eligible when:

• your most recent resume on RezScore is graded B or better,
• your resume includes a link to your LinkedIn profile, and
• you graded it in the last three months.

We invite eligible people by email, a few each week. There is no application form. If your resume is not at a B yet, your free report shows what to fix first, and that is the way in.

How consent works

1. You say yes. The invite links to a short form. You tell us the role you want, where you want it, a line about yourself and, if you like, what you do well. You confirm that you are open to new roles and that the post will be public.
2. You approve the exact text. We write the post from what you gave us, then send it to you. Approve it as written or tell us what to change. Nothing goes up until you approve the final words.
3. You can take it back. If you change your mind after it is published, use the link in your emails or reply to us, and the post comes down within one business day.

What we never do

• We never invent anything. No made-up titles, numbers, employers or quotes. If you did not write it or approve it, it is not in the post.
• We never share your resume. It stays private. The post uses only what you put in the form.
• We never contact your employer. Not your current one and not a past one. A Spotlight is an introduction to recruiters, not a reference check.
• We never charge for it. Being featured is free and does not depend on buying anything.
